The Role

Admisfits is seeking a Creative Strategist to make high-converting ads at scale for our portfolio of partner brands. You will manage the process from initial concepting, through production (scripting/designing), and into testing/scaling.

We believe the best strategists are often content creators themselves. They are, in some sense, chronic "doom scrollers" who through making content themselves have developed "viral sense," an intuitive understanding of why the algorithm pushes certain content and buries others.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, has excellent psychology/data fundamentals, does not shy away from a challenge, highly organized, has great attention to detail, and is able to work in fast paced development environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop new ads and incrementally improve existing winners across different modalities (statics, video, VSL's) that can scale from concept to high-volume customer acquisition.
• Deconstruct why an ad works using raw consumer psychology, not just copying trends.
• Write high converting VSL's
• Lead and team of creators on execution and editors to create the desired output.
• Analyze performance data (Hold Rate, CTR, CPC) to identify constraints in creative perfermance and engineer solutions to improve, iterate and hit KPI.
• Report weekly performance metrics via assigned scorecard every Monday.
• Collaborate with media buyers to align creative strategy with client goals and performance data.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
• Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers).
• 1-3 years of content creation experience
• High proficiency in digital workspaces (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana) and creative analytics tools (Motion, Foreplay.co, Meta Ads Manager). You are also capable in design and editing tools (Figma, Canva, CapCut) allowing you to mock up concepts and prototypes rapidly.
• AI Native Workflow: You don't just "use ChatGPT." You have mastery over the LLM landscape and know exactly which tool to deploy for the specific task (e.g., Claude for creative copywriting, Gemini for complex reasoning, Grok for real-time market/Reddit research). You leverage creative AI tools (like Poppy, VEO) to accelerate output.
• Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment.

AdMisfits is a growth studio that deploys capital, execution, and teams to scale high-ticket companies.

We function like a hybrid between a marketing and investment firm. While our day-to-day execution is aggressive growth marketing, our capital structure and economics are investment-driven.

Our Operating Model:

Identify: We analyze macro-market trends to find high-yield opportunities

Productize & Incubate: We identify, partner with, or incubate offers that ride these trends.

Deploy: We treat growth as an engineering problem. We deploy our infrastructure and our own capital to aggressively grow these assets.

While we do provide marketing services to select partners, our primary directive is to partner with and scale a portfolio of offers.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Compensation $71,400 - $236,180 / annual salary CAD + performance incentives. Pay offered consists of a competitive base salary plus an aggressive Performance Bonus structure. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position includes significant upside potential dependent on the performance of the creative assets you create.
