The Role

‍Admisfits is seeking a Creative Systems Architect to build the engine that generates high-converting ads at scale. We are moving beyond manual creative strategy; we want a builder who will design, automate, and optimize the entire creative pipeline—from research and ideation to scripting and production management.While you must possess a deep "viral sense" and an intuitive grasp of consumer psychology, your primary mandate is to productize that intuition. You won't just be making ads; you will be building the workflows and deploying the AI agents that make the ads.

The Ideal Candidate

‍The ideal candidate is a hybrid: 50% direct-response strategist and 50% systems engineer. You are a chronic "doom scroller" who understands why the algorithm pushes content, but you are also a tinkerer who hates doing the same task twice. You take pride in "AI-ifying" workflows to achieve 10x output without sacrificing 1% of quality.

What You'll Do

• Pipeline Engineering: Build and manage automated workflows (using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or custom APIs) that handle creative research, brief generation, and asset tracking.
• AI Integration: Design and prompt-engineer AI agents to assist in high-converting VSL scripting and static concepting.
• Systemic Optimization: Analyze performance data (Hold Rate, CTR, CPC) not just to fix one ad, but to identify "bugs" in the creative system and engineer permanent solutions.
• Creative Ops: Lead a team of creators and editors by providing them with highly structured, system-generated inputs that ensure maximum output quality.
• Performance Architecture: Collaborate with media buyers to ensure the automated creative pipeline is feeding the accounts exactly what the data demands in real-time.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance marketing with a heavy emphasis on systems or operations.
• Automation Mastery: Deep proficiency in Make.com, Zapier, or Airtable (or equivalent) to build logic-based workflows.
• AI Native Workflow: You have mastery over the LLM landscape (Claude for copy, Gemini for reasoning) and know how to chain these tools together to automate complex creative tasks.
• Architectural Mindset: You apply first principles to problem-solving and prefer building a reusable system over performing a one-off task.
• Data-Driven Logic: You view creative performance through the lens of engineering constraints and variables, not just "vibes."
• Content Background: 1–3 years of content creation experience; you understand the "soul" of viral content enough to teach a machine how to replicate it.

We function like a hybrid between a marketing and investment firm. While our day-to-day execution is aggressive growth marketing, our capital structure and economics are investment-driven.

Our Operating Model:

Identify: We analyze macro-market trends to find high-yield opportunities

Productize & Incubate: We identify, partner with, or incubate offers that ride these trends.

Deploy: We treat growth as an engineering problem. We deploy our infrastructure and our own capital to aggressively grow these assets.

While we do provide marketing services to select partners, our primary directive is to partner with and scale a portfolio of offers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Profit Sharing: Direct participation in the upside of the assets you engineer.
• Remote: Fully remote work environment (Work from anywhere).
• Flexible Time: We value output over hours.

Expected Compensation $90,000 - $100,000 CAD base + performance incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $236,000. Pay offered consists of a competitive base salary plus an aggressive Performance Bonus structure. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position includes significant upside potential dependent on the performance of the creative assets you create.
