We’re a performance-driven growth studio that scales brands through creative strategy, paid media, and data-backed experimentation. We spend anywhere from $700K to $1M/month on Meta ads — making this a playground for people who love testing, learning, and finding what truly moves the needle. Our clients span high-ticket education, SaaS, and fintech. We move fast, test relentlessly, and care deeply about the craft of persuasion.

The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of copywriting, content, and psychology. Someone who can think strategically about audiences, distill insights into hooks, and turn ideas into static ads, videos, and scripts that make people stop scrolling. You don’t need years of experience — we’ll train you in our frameworks — but you need to be smart, curious, and coachable, with a strong foundation in communication, research, and storytelling.
